Castles worth the detour, the last shop for sixty kilometres, and the pub that stops serving at nine.
Points of interest are the difference between a route and a trip. Each one belongs to a day, carries a category, and can hold opening hours and a link β because a shop that is closed when you reach it is not a resupply.
Sights, food, resupply, water and other. When editing they are a flat list you can reorder; when reading they are grouped, so the food stops are together and the water points are together rather than interleaved in the order you happened to add them.
Opening hours are a plain text field on purpose β 'MonβSat 08:00β18:00, closed Sunday' is more useful than a rigid structure that cannot express the real thing.
Points are drag-and-drop reorderable within their day, and the order is saved as you drop them. This matters more than it sounds: a resupply listed after the sight you reach two hours later reads as a planning error at exactly the wrong moment.
Adding a point uses a proper form with a name, category, link and description β not the browser prompt box this used to be.
